RE: Functional data with different TR values

Hi Alfonso,

Thank you so much for your reply. I also have this issue in my dissertation dataset. If you have to time, could you potentially explain more how CONN handles the different sampling rates? Is there any literature that addresses this issue that you could point me to? I think it will be something I need to justify to my committee.

Thank you!

Anna

When you get to 2nd-level analyses, it would be a good idea to create one or several new 2nd-level covariates indicating the different subject groups with similar acquisition parameters in order to evaluate whether there are any observable differences in connectivity between those groups and/or whether they would affect your main conclusions

The values of TR for functional data are not equal for all of our subjects.
My question is if we can use CONN to analyse the whole process for all our dataset together?

If it is possible to do the process for all dataset, should we consider any parameter in the preprocessing, denoising or 2nd level analysis stage?
and if it is not possible, should we separate the datasets with the same TR and repeat the process for each group?

I really appreciate if you can help us with our problem.

Thanks in advance
