Hi Alfonso,
thank you again for all the help in the forum!
I'm trying to run two types of analysis with CONN, seed-based functional connectivity and fALFF. For both, I'll use my own mask with my ROIs (limited to my a priori hypotheses) and I'll also run exploratory analysis (seed-whole-brain and fALFF) excluding the ROIs included in my primary analysis.
I'm having some issues, because I'm not sure where/how to add the union mask. I tried uploading the ROIs as an atlas file under the ROI tab, in Setup, but I'm not sure it worked out. So my questions would be:
1. What's the best to limit my primary analysis (both) to the regions included in the mask? (where/how to upload the mask)? Also, would I include my seed region to the union mask, so CONN recognizes for the analysis?
2. What's the best way to limit the whole-brain exploratory analysis excluding those regions in the mask?
Sorry, these may be basic questions, but I could not find answers to that.
Thank you so much
