Multiple ROIs Native Space

Dear Experts,

I am trying to run a native space ROI-to-ROI analysis. I am adding masks with several indexes (1 to 89, INT16 NIfTI file, ZERO as background) for each volunteer (individual segmentation masks), but the CONN recognize these files as a single ROI.
Where I found the option "Select "multiple ROIs" if the ROI file contains multiple labels".
