Dear Kim,
Those individual values (6 timeseries containing the three translation and three rotation parameters over time for each subject and session) are listed in Setup.CovariatesFirstLevel in the covariate named 'realignment'. If you want to compute some summary statistics from these timeseries (e.g. maximum value of each of these 6 parameters for each subject) you may do that by selecting this 'realignment' covariate in that same tab and then clicking on 'covariate tools. compute summary measures'. A commonly derived measure of interest from subject-motion is average and maximum framewise displacement for each subject. To make life simpler, those measures are actually automatically computed for you during preprocessing in CONN, and they will appear in the Setup.CovariatesSecondLevel tab, along with a few other Quality Assurance measures of interest.
Hope this helps

I'm quite new to CONN and struggling with finding a way to get individual values for 6 motion parameters during realignment procedure. The reason why I try to do so is that I want to compare these 6 parameters between the groups (mean, SD, t-stats).
Does CONN automatically provide txt file or cvs file for these values (6 values per each subject)?
Searching for the forum, I just found a very useful way to test between-group difference for total amount of movement (https://www.nitrc.org/forum/message.php?msg_id=14595). However, I still cannot find a way how to get individual value for motion parameters (three translation and three rotation parameters) for each subject.
Thank you in advance for your help.
