Highly sampled single subject

Hi,
I would like to estimate how a variable impacts rsFC in a single subject who underwent 80 consecutive rsfMRI scans (MyConnectome dataset)

is there a way to have access to the functionality of conn second-level results with a single subject? What would be the implications if I instead specify the data as 80 subjects scanned once each?
