I am having an issue with batch scripting. I would really appreciate it if you could help me solve my problem. I have been working on a batch script for 10 subjects. I ran into a problem with the Second Level Covariates section. I entered all of the commands in each step (Setup, Preprocessing, Analysis, and Results) with no error messages. However, when I open CONN to view the results, there is no subject information under the setup covariates second level tab (covariates name and values) or on the Second level results tab (subject effects name) and I receive the following error:
ERROR DESCRIPTION:
Attempted to access CONN_h.menus.m_results.showneffects(0); index must be a positive integer or logical.
Error in conn (line 5540)
ncovariates=CONN_h.menus.m_results.showneffects(ncovariates);

feval(CONN_MM.MENU{n0}.callback2{n1}{1},CONN_MM.MENU{n0}.callback2{n1}{2:end});

The second level results tab does allow me to open it but there is no data in the subjects effects tab. I'm not quite sure why this information is not showing up especially since I am not receiving any error message when I enter it into the batch and it runs in matlab. Everything that I have read on the CONN forum states that in order to get and view the results, you have to open CONN gui and manually get the results. Is this true? Or am I doing something wrong in the script? I have attached my script in case it is my script that isn't allowing the data to appear on CONN. Again, any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you,
