RE: Concatenation of AP and PA images for pre and post fMRI analysis

[color=#000000]I would suggest to simply create two conditions, e.g. pre-rest and post-rest, and associated each condition with the corresponding two sessions. The [i]Setup.Conditions [/i]tab should look something like the attached image.[/color]

i.e. condition 1 for session 1, condition 2 for session 2 etc. In the condition definition (condition spans entire selected sessions). I will do the merge/ union pre-conditions (AP-pre-rest, PA-pre-rest) and post (AP-post-rest
PA-post-rest) after preprocessing and denoising
