repeated measures resting fMRI

Dear all

my apologies for this basic question. I am rather new to CONN, the terminology is sometimes not quite clear to me and I want do avoid errors in model setup

I have around 20 individuals x 2 runs (identical resting fMRI)

I want to do a repeated measures comparison of run 1 vs run 2 across the group

When I enter the data in CONN, I have CONDITIONS and SESSIONS

the CONDITION is identical (resting fMRI), and I have 2 SESSIONS per individual, so I want to compare CONDITION 1 SESSION 1 vs CONDITION 1 SESSION 2.

I must admit that I did not find out (without doubt) how to setup the experimental desing

any help is highly appreciated !
