Coherence calculation

Thanks for this recommendation. I re-processed everyone with frequency decomposition enabled, which outputted the conditions as you stated. With the conditions I expected, there was also “Frequency Average” and “Frequency Variability” which I haven’t been able to find documentation on. What are these conditions? How does frequency average differ from regular FC?

Lastly, and more importantly, if I wanted to calculate coherence, what value am I to square? Would I use the average condition that was auto-outputted or would I only be able to calculate coherence within each of the bands?
