Hi,
The wc2art_mean_au*.nii files are "corrected" mean functional files created during the ART outlier identification step (simply disregarding the identified outlier scans when computing the mean of the functional files across time/scans). If those do not exist, CONN preprocessing pipeline will use instead the original "meanu*.nii" mean functional files, created during the realignment step (which are often very similar). I would double-check to see if subject ART step run into any issues which may have caused the art_mean_*.nii file not to be created (e.g. in older versions of CONN that may have been the result of insufficient memory and you would have got a warning saying something like "warning: skipping implicit-mask creation step")

I'm checking through the functional (rsfMRI) files generated during preprocessing and found for one of the subjects the wc1art_mean_au*.nii file was names differently (as "wc1meanu*.nii"). Same issue repeated for wc2art_mean_au*.nii and wc3art_mean_au*.nii for the same person. Could this be a simple glitch in naming? The brain image itself looks similar to other normally named images.
Thanks in advance for anyone's attention.
