Dear CONN community,
In functional connectivity (FC) analysis, can we use the results of a FC as a seed and do further FC analysis?
i.e. Use region A as seed and get region B as the result of a FC then use region B as seed to see where else do we get FC to in addition to region A.
Is such a reversed seed analysis accepted as valid? Or is it considered double dipping?
Thanks,
Pradeep
