tSNR and ROI-to-ROI connectivity

To whom it may concern, 

I have two questions that I was hoping to get some suggestions with. 

Firstly, when performing the denoising step in CONN, does it make a temporal Signal-to-Noise(rSNR) calculation? If so, where can these maps be found?

Secondly, when CONN computes the ROI-to-ROI connectivity matrix, does it do this computation using the unsmoothed data?
