Hello all,
I am working under CONN18.b, I have 33 participants and I'm analyzing their resting state connectivity.
In graph theory analyses:
1. Results look fine until I select only the 4 ROIs of the default mode network. Then, I get a weird value under 'T' for the variable 'Network' (T=42460344485350515 !)

2. In the adjacency matrix, all participants have the same value of Global Efficiency: 0.166667. I guess it has to do with the 'adjacency matrix threshold'. So what value of cost/z-score/corr. coeff do we need to use ? I can't find a reference in papers.

Thank you in advance and thank you for what you provide for the scientific community !
