Preprocessing with CONN - do I need to keep all the intermediate files

Hi there, quick question! Doing some CONN analysis, and I used CONN to pre-process. All the various intermediate nii and MAT files that it produces in the original data folders - are those necessary to keep, or can I delete all except the final output nifti file?
