Good evening,
I'm currently running a resting state analysis for a study in which each participant was scanned 5 times. In the setup step of Conn Toolbox I've loaded each participant's anatomical image and 5 functional 4D.nii images for each participant in 5 different sessions. What we would like to investigate is the difference in functional connectivity between two different session, but so far I couldn't find a way to define a contrast between two selected sessions (for example comparing session 5 and 2). Is there a way to do so? I've noticed that in the 2nd level covarieties tab the subject are displayed as one, with no differences between sessions, therefore should I load each session as a distinct participant?
Thank you in advance for the support,
Michele
