individual mean time series

Hi Alfonso,

I'm familiar with what some of the files in the output directories are, but less so with some others. Right now I am trying to determine if there are files that represent the final mean time series for each ROI for each subject.

I know that in /results/preprocessing/ directory there are files that represent final average timeseries (confounds removed) for each subject, but there is only one ROI file for each subject, and I'm looking for files for each ROI for each subject. There are also REX files that do list individual ROIs (e.g., ROI1, ROI2, ROI3, etc) for each subject, but I'm not sure how to understand which particular ROIs the number refers to and whether these files also represent the final timeseries? (Maybe they are what REX refers to when I do extractions?)

Thanks very much for all of your help, as usual!

Best,
Mary
