RE: voxel-to-voxel analysis 2nd level error

Hi!

I am using the conn17f standalone version and facing the same problem.

I have 25 people each with two sessions of resting state functional data. So there are two conditions: 'pre' and 'post'. In the first level analysis, I can see the list of the two conditions and selected all of them.  After finishing the first-level voxel-to-voxel analysis, the GUI keeps saying 'Condition (pre) has not been processed yet. Please rerun the previous step' and 'No conditions found. Please re-run first-level analyses.' .
Rerun the first-level analysis did not solve the issue.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Best,
Yilin

I am using conn16b with Alfonso's patch from http://www.nitrc.org/forum/message.php?msg_id=17840. The first-level voxel-to-voxel analysis completed without errors. All the result files are located in the first-level directories. However I saw an error complaining the condition (rest) did not show up in the second-level GUI (see the attached screenshot). Rerun first-level analysis did not resolve the issue.

I saw a similar report of this issue at https://www.nitrc.org/forum/forum.php?thread_id=6860&forum_id=1144. It seems some people were successful using conn16b, but some weren't.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!
