I was hoping to get a little clarification on the 'Analysis Space' step (under 'Setup-Options'). More specifically, if Freesurfer was used for processing the structural images, how do you determine the appropriate "BOLD signal surface-based smoothing level (number of diffusion steps)"? The default CONN gives is 10, but I'm unclear as to what this corresponds to and when this number should be changed.
