CONN and ROIs mask

Dear All
 
I am using MIPAV for drowning the ROI and its can be save as Mask with NII format , this mask with  black background and the ROI in whit , also other software they produce this type of masks , can I use these ROIs mask in the CONN as ROI.
 
in other way which kind of ROI used with CONN software ?
 
and do you suggest other software to do the ROI rather that MIP AV and  can used this ROIs on CONN
