RE: preprocessed images

I know this is an old thread, but we have a related question. We are using CONN to implement compcor and are also not yet accustomed to the appearance of images preprocessed this way. I see the suggestion for using fslmaths -Tstd, but do any of the experts have suggestions for how to quality control images after compcor? Are there signs or signals that might indicate compcor processing has gone wrong or is inaccurate? As an example, I am familiar with signal changes on less processed images that indicate a movement artifact. Are there similar red flags for compcor images?

Many thanks,
Christina
