Hello,
I am interested in exploring group differences in resting state functional connectivity using graph theory measures. I've also learned that thesholding is generally required for graph theoretical analyses of connectivity matrices to enhance the contrast between relevant (strong) and irrelevant (weak) connectivity values, and that the success of this approach is dependent on the selection of an appropriate threshold. Does anybody have any good suggestions for defining a threshold with the CONN toolbox?
Thanks!
