Coregistration of Subject Specific ROI

Dear all,

I want to use subject specific ROI for performing ROI level analysis , I could not co register the ROI seeds to functional files , Can some one please let me know how  could co register ROI seeds  to functional files, because when i check registration of Each subject specific ROI, it seems ROI is not defined to  Subject space and its completely off .
