Work on already pre process, regressed files

Dear Alfonso,

I am currently working on functional files that I have already pre-process, and regressed (with CompCor method too) with personal Python routine.I have already run the ART toolbox too, and concatenate all the "good" functional volumes. I have done all this step outside the Toolbox with personal code routine.

In the Conn Toolbox, I fill all the basic step in the Setup. In functional, I choose my functional data that I have already processed. In the first level Covariates, I have nothing to fill I think because my files are already process and regressed.

The step "Setup" run successfully without errors, but the denoising stage plot a message that the step is not ready to be launch "Denoising step not ready to start, please...."

Have you any idea ?
