Hi Alfonso and all,
We have a large study that it is going to be acquired at two different time points. We have already acquired the baseline and probably after a year or so the second accession will be completed. Each subject should have by then two resting fMRI data.
We are not sure of whether we can use CONN and how CONN can be flexible for our aims. These are our concerns and questions:
1- Ideally we would like to start analysing the baseline now. However We are not sure how we should set up the first page of CONN. For example should we enter two sessions for each subject. But then we do not have the data for the second session until after a year. Also some subjects may not have another round of data (missing data). So should we just go with the analysis for now as if it is just only the baseline (i.e. single session). But then how we can compare the longitudinal analysis. We are planning to start very soon and we are hoping to use CONN for its flexibility but this question is really important to be answered before starting.
2- We are planning to use the indirect normalisation method in the processing (although we do not have the field map). When pressing in the processing indirect norm, it does not show in the box whether it is going to finally normalise the data to the MNI. So I am wondering about this?
Looking forward to hearing from you
