Connectivity within network

Hello,

I have a few basic questions regarding setup for within network connectivity. I am interested in looking at difference within DMN connectivity between four groups.

1) Under Setup --> ROIS, do I remove the BA atlas and only keep the DMN ROIs if I am interested in the DMN network?
2) Under first-level analyses, I moved all the DMN seeds under "Sources" and only have "Grey Matter" under target 
2) Under second-level results, how do I set up Between-sources contrast to look at DMN connectivity within network since my target and source ROIs are the same?
