Hi, I am using CONN to look at cortical connectivity from some subcortical seeds, and I'd like to view Seed-to-Voxel second-level Results with the connectivity maps masked to only show on gray matter, not CSF or white matter. Is this possible? Under Setup>ROIs, it looks like the gray matter, white matter, and CSF segmentation is correct for the subjects, but I'm not sure how to mask out the CSF and white matter from the results. Thanks for the help!
