Dear Ali,
This is difficult to tell, hard crashes like this could indicate some issue with a corrupt datafile/filesystem, or they could indicate some issue with the java/graphics installation. Is the crash always happening right at the beginning of the outlier detection routine (during the first subject/session) or at some other point? are you able to use CONN's gui normally or do you encounter any issues/warnings there?

I am encountering a repetitive error during the "functional outlier detection" step while I am trying to pre-process a 2 conditions drug vs placebo resting state dataset. I am thus unable to detect the outliers or to create the "scrubbing" covariate.
I have double checked all the scan, and I have two structural and 2 fmri per subject, I don't underestand where this error message come from. I have also set again the path and removed all the previous conn path / folder. I tried several times the outlier detection, but I still have this error.
Please find below the error message and attached the matlab crash file.
Do you have any solution ?
Many thanks in advance for your help.
