Losing time-points after smoothing the denoised data?

Dear experts,


After denoising the unsmoothed rsfMRI data preprocessed by fMRIprep, I tried to smooth them for further group ICA analysis.

I found the file size significantly decreased (688MB to 3.44MB), and only one time-point was kept compared to the original 200 time-points.

I had tried the smoothing tool of SPM12 and convert3D with the same results.

Moreover, it seems that there was no option for doing the smooth process in the CONN toolbox for the denoised data.
