Have been reading around but still unsure.
I am looking at dynamic connectivity in a naturalistic story.
In the setup I named the condition "rest", and as condition definition there is "condition spans entire selected session".
In the denoising tab, under confounds, there is: Effect of rest (2P), but with confound dimensions = 1. The first component of " effect of rest" looks like it deweights the first scans, which makes sense given what I read. The second component looking a lot like a HRF.
Could you confirm if Conn automatically corrects for hemodynamic lag in this case?
All the best
Peter
