skipping denoising with fmriprep output

Hello everyone,

I have a small confusion, I have been taking fmriprep outputs as input and using them for further analysis in CONN.

My confusion is, do I have to go through denoising in CONN or denoising is already done in fmriprep??

Because the   distribution plot before and after denoising looks almost the same. If this means that the signal is already denoised , can I skip denoising in CONN toolbox.

you can refer to the screen shot that I have attached. Even though I gave "batch.Denosing.confounds = {};" I still see all the confounds mentioned there, why is that so?

Thank you
