Hello community,
I was reading the theory behind CONN toolbox in CONN website. Under additional denoising pipeline there are few options like ICA, retroicor, GSR etc but I donno where to apply them in scripts or in GUI when I referred conn_batch code in file exchange I couldn't find any option to mention these additional pipelines. Am I missing something??
Secondly, in second level analysis when I see "Difference Group1>Group2" or Difference of group2> group1 I don't see any cluster. Not even one cluster is seen. But in the heat map display there are lot of red spots and blue spots but the range is comparatively less when we compare it to EFFEcts of Groups heat maps.
Why are there no clusters when I compare 2 groups. two groups are Alzheimer's and control subjects then definitely there should be some difference right?
What is the theory behind these comparisons? May I know where to read it ?
Thank you .
