Cluster outside of the volume display brain

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone had any advice about the following.  I have a significant cluster located with the superior frontal gyrus.  When I select volume display, however, this cluster appears outside of the brain volume. 

Is this likely related to a registration error (I have checked my data and there were no major pre-processing errors).  Or is this just some strange thing that happens with the volume display? Should I disregard this cluster? 

I have attached the view volume view as a word document.
