Hi!
I just wanted to check whether or not this script was running correctly. I have used the conn_batch_humanconnectomeproject pre-made script here and set it up to run on our severs. It is now over the expected finish time and the terminal doesn't unfortunately provide much information.
I have gotten past the statistics for movement data and I believe now running the first level analysis but its been doing this for 5 days and hasn't showed any signs of it working correctly:
The last terminal output saves the art_screenshot.jpg for the first participant in this batch:

Since then it hasn't displayed any response. top shows its still running using 6.4% of the memory and 0.3% of the cpu.
What does a typical terminal output look like?
