[color=#000000]Yes, that is perfectly correct, in TFCE analyses you may go to advanced FWE settings and change the default p-FWE<.05 threshold to a more conservative value if you want to display only those results that survive a more stringent thresholding[/color]

Hopefully this question makes sense - I've been working with ROI to ROI results from a gPPI analysis recently after contrasting two conditions. The results I've been working with come from the TFCE correction in the results explorer window. 

My question is this - I have several clusters/ connections that pop up and I'm interested in seeing what survives even more stringent thresholding before correcting for multiple comparisons. 

Is this something I can do via the advanced FWE settings or do you have a different recommendation in going about this?
