I have a multivariate resting state analysis of about 200 subjects divided into control and diagnosed male/female groups (four covariate files with 0 and 1 to indicate members of each group). Likewise, I have covariates (such as age) that I have divided into 4 files for each of the above mentioned groups (e.g. age of the corresponding groups and zero for the individuals who belong to another group. I am getting the "Value should be a finite number greater than 0" error when I ask to display the results and the options of cooccurrence matrix, etc become inactive. My question is do I need to have the covariates of each group in a separate file in order to see the effect of the covariate for a given group or between two groups? if not, how do I see the difference of effect of age of, say, two of the subgroups on the connectivity?
Having done divided the covariates to four files could be the reason that I am getting the above-mentioned error which is copied below. If not, what is the solution the error below?
