Thank you for your response - this was very helpful for our analyses. We are now interested in performing a similar approach but this time for an ROI-to-ROI analysis. Within the 'firstlevel' directory, we have nifti files for every condition, for every subject, for all ROIs. How would we be able to extract one value (ROI-to-ROI connectivity value) for each subject for our contrasts of interest? Since we are interested in performing additional analyses using other software packages, we are hoping there might be a way to extract those data generated from CONN.
