I am studying functional connectivity in children (8-9 years old) with learning difficulties. I have 4 groups of n=20 each one. A referee that reviewed my project wrote that analysis with conn can not be done in this sample, it is too small.
But I searched in the publications section and there ara papers with a smaller sample. And recently I have published a paper with a similar sample (https://doi.org/10.1007/s11682-020-00406-3).
Another point is that referee wrote that PCA can not be done in children.
Please, could someone give me light on it?
