an ALFF color map. Is it the whole brain analysis of ALFF. What does the color
in the ALFF map indicate?. Is it the activation/ deactivation of ALFF signal.[/b][b] [/b]

[b]Can we extract the ALFF AND FALFF values from ROIs[/b][b][/b]

[b]For ICA analysis, I am getting the DMN, Salience, Motor,
Language networks for all subjects. Can we save it as individual networks of all
subjects/controls. I would like to create a mask of these networks and do the
further analysis by placing these networks as ROIs. What are the steps to
generate the ICA network mask of all subjects and save it for further analysis.[/b][b][/b]
