Sorry in advance for what I presume is a simple question!
I am hoping to export a matrix (as a table or text file) that contains ROI-to-ROI connectivity between each pair of ROI's for each subject. In the GUI, in the "RESULTS (2nd-level)" tab, after I choose a source seed, several buttons appear beneath the graphic to the right. The description of the "plot values" button says that it will export the values to a Matlab workspace but I'm not sure how to find it; clicking the button appears to produce a bar graph but does not provide text of the values. Moreover this seems to be limited only to whichever source seed I initially chose.
Is there a way of generating a table or text file that contains ROI-to-ROI connectivity between each pair of ROI's for each subject? Or if not, at least a way of generating a table or text file that contains ROI-to-ROI connectivity from a given ROI for each subject?
