skip segmentation

Hello!

My data are already preprocessed and denoised so I'd like to skip the Segmentation step. However, not defining the batch.Setup.structurals field results in the following error:

Step 2/7: Segmentation
Preparing structural Segmentation (Grey/White/CSF tissue estimation). Please wait...

Error using conn_setup_preproc (line 1242)
No structural file defined for Subject 1 Session 1. Please select a structural file

I have not defined batch.Setup.preprocessing in my script, so why is CONN attempting to perform Segmentation?
