AP/PA pair Fieldmap in CONN

Hello,

I am trying to apply fieldmap, which is the anti-parallel two acquisition (anterior<->posterior), in the preprocessing in the CONN. First, my data is in BIDS format and CONN couldn't import the fieldmap in this form. Also, I can't find the way how to apply it in the preprocess. It would be very much appreciated if you can let me know how to apply it.
