Dear all,
I am currently using CONN v 19.c and working on second-level ROI-to-ROI analysis between patients and controls.
I put a [1, -1] design matrix to see the difference between the groups, and 1 for condition (rest), and 1 for source contrast.
I imported Schaefer 300 atlas, and clicked each ROI (source) and checked the results on result preview panel.
It shows significant differences at p-FDR corrected < 0.05 on the preview, but as I open to the results explorer, it says no significant results.
I am quite confusing why it shows different results in preview (p-FDR corrected < 0.05) and results explorer?
I looked over some other forums and you gave an answer of preview result is based on voxel-level height threshold, and results explorer reflect the results of cluster-level thresholding or multiple comparison.
However, isn't it FDR is a way to correct the multiple comparison?
Still lost in this results explorer..
Thank you so much for the great tool, and will wait for your advice.
Sincerely,
Jean
