Native space analysis

Hi all,

I'm a masters student and I'm analysing fMRI resting state data as part of my masters thesis. We have three groups to compare and wish to proceed with the analysis in native space. To my understanding, we need to use FreeSurfer to segment up the anatomical images. How do we use these files to proceed with the analysis in native space on CONN? Will these segmented anatomical images be used to select ROIs, or is there a separate process for that?

Thanks in advance! This is my first time working with fMRI data so any help is appreciated.
