Dear Alfonso and other CONN experts,
I have multiple resting state sessions for each participant. When I define multiple sessions (single rest condition) and preprocess/denoise the data, CONN concatenates all the sessions in conn*/results/preprocessing/ROI_Subject_XXX_Condition001 as explained in a previous thread (https://www.nitrc.org/forum/message.php?msg_id=13668). I saw in the aforementioned thread that preprocessing and denoising steps are performed separately for each session before concatenation. However, if I preprocess/denoise these sessions separately in different conn projects, I get different time series compared to when I preprocess all the sessions in a single conn project. Is there a reason why these time series would be different?
Thank you very much for your help!!
All the best,
Basak
