Dear CONN toolbox experts,
I've got a warning during extraction of mean fALFF values for specific ROIs. I hope you can tell me, what the problem is.
I tried the following to get the mean fALFF values (in the left and right hippocampus; ROI):
I've done a first level fALFF analysis and then I've chosen in the second level analysis the option to "plot results". There I've chosen the option "import values" and "other clusters of interest or ROI". After loading in the atlas.nii (provided by the conn toolbox), I've chosen the right and left hippocampus only. Going back to the results, I got this (CONN_fALFF_warning.png).
By clicking on the warning sign, I got the design matrix (see warning.png). Is it correct, that the values of the design matrix would represent the mean values of the fALFF in the hippocampus ROI? Alternatively, is it some kind of connectivity measure? How can I extract the data from the design matrix? What does this warning mean?
