Hello,
I see on the CONN website that for seed based analyses using semi-partial correlations that in 'Analysis options' at the 1st level one should select 'no weighting'. Is this the case? If so, why is this? I do see differences in the resulting maps (attached: red is semi-partial WITH hrf weighting and green is semi-partial WITHOUT hrf weight 'no weighting' and yellow is the overlap).
Why does one include hrf weighting for bivariate correlation but no weighting for semi-partial?
Best,
Sarah Kark
