CONN: atrophy correction

Dear CONN expert,

I would like to know if it is possible to introduce in CONN a functional connectivity correction for structural atrophy? If this correction is ​​not available, it is possible to integrate the BPM tool (Biological Parametric Mapping) of SPM in the analyses carried out with CONN?
Has anyone faced this problem before?
