Brain Correlation Map

Hii Alfonso,

This might be pretty silly doubt, but I would like to plot a 3D-seed brain correlation map for my resting-state data (See the attached figure below).
Do I need a correlation matrix to have such visualisation ??

Since I am trying to do it outside the GUI of CONN, I would like to know what is the function in CONN that produces these correlation maps??
