CONN preprocessing error

Dear Alfonso,

I am trying to use CONN 18b with SPM8 to preprocess data for 3 subjects (1 session). However, I keep getting an error. I am using the default preprocessing pipeline for volume-based analyses (direct normalization to MNI-space). Below is the error displayed in Matlab:

Another post suggested that checking 'First functional volume as reference' may solve this issue, but unfortunately I get the same error.

I was able to successfully preprocess this data with SPM12 (same input files, same pipeline, no errors). So for some reason, this is only happening with SPM8.

I am only needing to use SPM8 to replicate some previous results, and the data associated with these results was preprocessed and analyzed using CONN/SPM8. Is this an issue that would be solved by finding an older version of CONN to run with SMP8? Any advice is appreciated. Thank you in advance for your time!

Best,
Dalia
