Voxel-wise time series extraction

Hello all,

I have just started using Conn and wanting to get familiar with it.. I have pre-processed my fMRI data in SPM and want to extract the voxel-wise BOLD time-series in Conn for all my subjects.. I have normalized my data using ICBM template and my functional image dimensions are 70 x 95 x 79.. 

1. Do I need to normalize the functional images again in Conn before proceeding further so that the dimesions mathch the MNI space(91 x 109 x 91)??

I am currently working on an event related data and previously used Marsbar for ROI-level BOLD signal where I provided 'SPM.mat' file as the input file..

2. Which file should I provide as the input file in Conn, that would contain the temporal functional data??

I apologise if this question has been answered before, but any guidance would be hugely helpful..
